- Holding a valid professional practicing certificate issued by the relevant authority.
- Wide knowledge of local and international laws and relevant legal systems.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capability to handle clients and stakeholders.
- Compliance with the highest standards of legal ethics and professional confidentiality.
